This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how Validate, LLC, dba ValidateNow, a Virginia limited liability company and its related companies (collectively, the “Company”) collect, use and share personal information of consumer users of this Company’s web site, (the “Site”). This Policy also applies to any of our other web sites, that post this Policy. This Policy does not apply to web sites that post different statements.

The Company is a credit reporting agency, and as such comes under the Federal laws including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (“the FCRA”). By entering into the Company’s Subscriber Agreement you agree to the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy and authorize the Company to use such information as you may provide or which the Company may obtain in the course of our relationship.
